Basil Saison Cocktail

1 1/4 oz      gin of choice (I recommend Hendricks)
1       oz      simple syrup
3/4 -1oz      squeezed lemon juice
5 - 7            basil leaves
3 - 5  oz      Funkwerks Saison


1) Muddle basil leaves and lemon juice in a shaker.
2) Add ice, simple syrup, and gin and shake! Or stir.
3) Add Funkwerks Saison, and stir. (Do not shake!)
4) Pour into a glass and garnish with a bail leaf.
