Beer Dinner at Lot 2 Restaurant and Wine Bar

Lot 2 Restaurant and Wine Bar in Omaha, Nebraska was a success! Here's a little recap. 


1st Course: Quail

ginger snap-date puree, turnip, orange, rosemary, marcona almond
Paired with Funkwerks Saison


2nd Course: Hamachi

radicchio, mango, basil, preserved lemon vinaigrette
Paired with Funkwerks Tropic King


3rd Course: Short Rib

bourbon fig jus, sabayon, lamb macon-marmalade, potato
Paired with Bourbon Barrel Aged Quad

4th Course: Brownie

fig, candied macadamia, coffee bean orange zest marshmallow
Paired with Funkwerks Dark Prophet
